Ah, no way~ I actually stuck with this thing for a whole year? :B Nifty. Very nifty. I've never done more than one chapter for any of my stories. Lolol. But srsly, it's thanks to all the comments and fans that I get. If I didn't receive any opinions, I probably wouldn't be continuing this comic. XD
SO, to celebrate this special occasion (lolwut), I'd like it if you all (if you want to) answered one question:
Why do you read this comic? o:
As in, what makes you read it? It's okay if you say "for the lesbians", by the way. XD But if there's another reason, do tell. :3 I'm very curious. And just to torture you, I won't be uploading any pages until I get a few answers. XD No really. It'd be fun to know why you like reading this. :3
(Psst. By the way, I know it's getting super boring right now, but bear with me, 'kay? After this chapter, there won't be much plot explanation until later chapters. o:)

Why do I like reading it?
I like reading My Utopia because you can hardly find any good GL comics anymore, the art is awesome,the characters are awesomer and the story just keeps getting better and better. This is completely the truth by the way, no sugar-coating or anything, even though it sounds like it. xD
I can also honestly say that this is becoming one of my favorite comics on Smackjeeves.

Oooh, a question! I love questions. Hmm... Well, originally it was because it was a girl/girl comic. You don't find many of those on the internet and I'm quite fascinated with them. It sort of evolved, though. I've cycled through many sub-par comics but yours was so FREKIN AWESOME that I could never let it go. I live for the drama and the (gasp) plot! So few stories have plot these days! It's AMAZING~!

hmmmmmmmm....
because it ROCKS! the art is awesome, the characters are lovable and i never really know what to expect next with the storyline. i love a good yuri with plot bunnies and this comic is a permanent addition to my favs list ^_^

Well I've been a habitual lurker and I've decided to come out of hiding.
It's so hard to find a good GL comic these days. Meaning one with decent art AND plot. It seems (in my humble opinion) that most of the few that are around are created by horny teenage boys with one thing on the brain.
This caught my attention from the first page I read when I was directed here from Taiki's site. Your characters are lovable and adorable in their own ways and I find myself always wondering what's going to happen next.
Kudos on one year! Please keep up this story, it's one of my favorite webcomics right now!

Why do I read it? Well Taiki recommended it a while back and at first I though, 'hey lesbians!' But I started really noticing how you've improved throughout the comic and while I saw a couple of plot twists, others completely threw me. I really like where you're going with it and if it ever gets published - fingers crossed! - I look forward to purchasing it.
I also relate to Tomoyo a lot. It's hard for me to admit my feelings in my current relationship, or how much I want something until it's almost gone... Heh. ^^' I'm sorry for rambling. Butch chicks are HOT. [/making comment relevant again]

I like this comic cuz it's funny, interesting characters with likeable personalities (both being girls is a bonus though not main reason. If I didn't like the characters at all, I'd have drop it), drawing style's good (bad art makes eyes bleed), and intriguing plot.
Having a non typical 1st chapter (finding naked girl rofl) helped catch my interest too XD
Congrats on 1 year. Can't wait to see where you go with this :)

Hmm thats hard. I dont know I just stumbled on it one day and I liked that you used an Alexander Pope qoute in the first chapter title. Also the cover page looked real nice.

1. There are lesbians, duh
2. Megumi is adorable
3. Tomoyo is the coolest loser ever
4. They story just got really confusing and twisted, and I like it.

Been a while since I commented, though I've been keeping up with things. :)
Well, the vast majority of yuri comics I see from the western side (and even some from the eastern...) just made me headdesk, either through poor artwork, poor characterisation, poor storylines or simply the fact that it's a matter of OMG LESBIANS! Yours seems to oddly enough defy the curse of Western comics, and it's kept me interested.
Oh, that and Megumi is ridiculously moe, and denying a tsundere attention would be a sin besides.
